Few inspectors offer use of their thermal imaging camera for regular inspections.  At Helder Home Inspections, we believe our thermal imaging technology, paired with our Infrared Certification and experience is useful at almost every home inspection we perform.  While it doesn’t allow us to see through walls, we can see things with the thermal imaging camera that would simply be missed by just looking around.  Leaks, electrical issues, energy loss areas, potential hidden mould growth are a few thing thermal imaging can potentially help identify.
